Welcome to Glam Squad Aesthetics & Wellness LLC, your Medical Spa destination for advanced aesthetic treatments in Tallahassee and St. Augustine. Owned by Deborah Melendez, MSN APRN, and Susan Chiasson, PhD, our medical spa offers services such as Botox and other neurotoxins, facial rejuvenation & resurfacing, and cellulite treatment. We offer treatments both in our facility and a mobile service where we come to your venue. Descriptions of our treatments are located under Services.
Whether you prefer visiting our office or the convenience of a mobile service for events with 5-10 participants, we are here to meet your beauty and wellness needs with the highest standards of care and expertise.
Debbie is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She
has over 15 years of surgical experience including plastics, cardiothoracic and vascular
experience. Debbie possesses an extensive background in clinical skills and surgical technique.
Throughout the years, Debbie has climbed the professional ladder as a former Certified Surgical
Technologist, Certified Surgical First Assistant, Registered Nurse, Registered Nurse First
Assistant to her current role as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Lieutenant D. Melendez
served as Naval Nurse Corps Officer in the United States Navy Reserve. Debbie has a Bachelor
of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Master of Science in Advance Practice
Nursing from South University.
Debbie’s love of aesthetics and wellness has always been a part of her professional career.
Her meticulous dedication with her patients from consultation to discharge and beyond is
immeasurable. Debbie has finally attained her lifelong goal of having her own clinic to devote
herself to her patients.
Susan Chiasson, PhD
Suz is a healthcare professional with a PhD in Biology from Tulane University. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the medical spa industry with nearly a decade of experience teaching human anatomy and physiology at the university level. She combines an in-depth understanding of the human body with a commitment to enhancing well-being. Suz's academic background and professional experience allow her clients to receive scientifically-informed care tailored to their individual needs. She is inspired by beauty and wellness as part of a holistic approach to a healthy body, and she practices evidence-based techniques in her treatments.
